Japanese Delta design.
It's a mix between Madbull delta RIS and UAR custom handguards. It has the kanji of love and friendship carved in it, custom curved RIS and a custom nut. It fits Internal silencers up to 42mm of diameter.
The thread of the nut makes a bit of interference with both the screw and the body so it ensures a very good grip. You will need to taper the holes on the nut with an M6 thread.
I tested this with a G&G CM16 (M4A1), the outer barrel fits perfectly. Still since the delta on the barrel is not removable you'll need to disassemble the last piece of the outer barrel. You won't have to do this with any other brand of asg.
Print settings
Nut and screw
Layer height: 0.1mm (due to thread)
Wall thickness: at least 2mm (due to thread)
Material recommended: ASA for both due to thread again, printed it with PLA thou and it works pretty well
Infill: 30% triangular if possible
Support: No (might mess up with the tread if you use them)
Handguard and rails
Layer height: 0.15mm (due to small details)
Wall thickness: -
Material recommended: ASA, printed it with PLA and it gives a "toy" feel, also pain in the ass to remove support
Infill: 100%
Support: Mandatory (due to complicated kanji design)
